Private Yoga Sessions
Many of our yoga and meditation teachers are available for private sessions both in the studio and at your home!
Whether you're brand new, working through an injury, craving deeper attention to your practice, or simply wanting a more personal experience, private sessions offer the space to move at your own pace - with experienced teachers who meet you exactly where you are.
Sessions are available in-studio for a grounded, distraction-free environment, or in the comfort of your home for ease and convenience. Each session is thoughtfully designed around your goals - whether that’s building strength, improving mobility, refining alignment, managing stress, or creating a more consistent practice.
