CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
NOTE: We do not accept class cancellations by phone, text, socials, or email.
Our CLASS cancellation policy is as follows: Class registrations can be canceled within the app or by logging in to your account on our website. There is NO CHARGE if you cancel a class through your account IN THE APP or ONLINE at least 5 hours before your class begins.
If you booked a class with a class credit and you late-cancel or no-show, your credit will be forfeited.
If you booked a class with an unlimited membership and you late cancel or no-show, a $10 fee is charged to you.
APPOINTMENT/SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICY
NOTE: We do not accept appointment/service cancellations by phone, text, socials, or email.
Our APPOINTMENT/SERVICE cancellation policy is as follows: Appointments/SErvices can be canceled within the app or by logging in to your account on our website. If you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, or do not attend, you forfeit the full appointment fee.
WORKSHOP/EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
NOTE: We do not accept workshop cancellations by phone, socials, or text.
Our WORKSHOP/EVENT cancellation policy is as follows: Workshops are refundable up to 7 days prior to the event date, with written notice and reply confirmation via email.
If you do not attend a workshop you have registered for, for any reason, your registration fee is forfeited.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY
NOTE: We do not accept membership cancellations by phone, socials, or text.
Our membership cancellation policy is as follows: Payment for credits and memberships is non-refundable.
An automatically Recurring membership may be cancelled at the end of the relevant minimum commitment term, either in person at the studio or in writing via email. After the minimum commitment term has passed, you can cancel a recurring membership with 30 days’ advance notice.
