This form is for families registering a child for a single day or multiple single-day visits to Soul Camp.

If you wish to book your child for a full week, please do so at the soul camp listing for the week(s) your child will attend.

STEP 1) create an account in our system

Step 2) Add a child account to your account (related contact)

STEp 3) add a payment method to your account

Step 4) fill out and submit this form

When we receive your completed form, we will process your payment for the number of days you requested (including any discounts) and we will email you to confirm your child’s registration(s). If we cannot accommodate your child on the dates you selected, we will call or text to discuss alternative placements.

If you wish to book 3 or more days, we offer a 10% discount on ALL additional registrations made at the same time.

due to the limited number of spots in each Soul Camp, registrations are non-refundable within 60 days of the camp date. Before 60 days, a full refund is available when a written request is submitted through our contact form.
