My name is Silvia Hantea. i was born in Moldova, lived in Italy for 9 years and moved to Portland in 2016. I truly believe that all of us, on our own healing journey, experience and collect tools that support us in challenging times. I have used a lot of modalities and types of energy and embodiment tools over the past 12 years and arrived to master and  become a teacher of a few that were unshakable and constant pillars for me on my path. 

my first, biggest, and most constant awakener in this lifetime is Motherhood. I am a mother to 4 absolutely breathtaking children that are my biggest expanders and teachers. I am also a Certified Reiki Master and Teacher. I am an independent Licenced Ishtara teacher (A beautiful somatic embodiment practice and moving meditation). I am a guide in the sacred systems of Astrology. 

I know from my own devotional practice that when our body feels listened to and followed in - breath - sensation - pleasure - a wealth of  untapped energies become available to us. 

There is nothing more fulfilling for me as a teacher and guide than supporting and witnessing the glorious awakening into remembrance and freedom of who you ALREADY are.

As women we are constantly connected to everyone around us. Somatic movement is an invitation  to feel deeply connected with ourselves. Come and practice with me and fall in love with your body like you never imagined possible.
