Breathing Room Collective provides a unique opportunity to host your clients in our beautiful studio space and grow your business within a vibrant and thriving community.

If your application to join the collective is approved, you’ll have access to:

Our space warmly welcomes a wide variety of practitioners and service providers, including:

  • Bodywork & Healing Practitioners – massage therapists, Reiki practitioners, energy healers, craniosacral therapists, sound healers.

  • Heart-centered Services - Business consultants, Photographers, Voice coaches, life coaches, music teachers

  • Mind-Body Specialists – meditation teachers, breathwork facilitators, mindfulness coaches, hypnotherapists.

  • Holistic Health Professionals – nutritionists, health coaches, Ayurveda specialists, herbalists, wellness consultants.

  • Mental Health Professionals - licensed therapists, counselors, psychologists, social workers.

  • Yoga & Movement Teachers – Yoga, Pilates, barre, dance, Bodybuilding, trauma-informed somatics.

NOTE: Collective Members are independent providers. You must maintain your own client booking and payment processing systems. If your work requires licensure, please ensure it’s current and compliant with local regulations. All members of the Collective are required to carry liability insurance listing Breathing Room Collective and its parent company as additional insured.

Collective Membership

Collective Membership – $200/month (6-month minimum commitment)
Includes:

  • Search-engine optimized page detailing you and your business in our heart-centered services directory (linking out to your own client booking system)

  • Access to discounted advertising via our newsletter and social media channels

  • Priority scheduling for your workshops and special events

  • invitations to member-only business development meetings

  • Approved Flyers and brochures displayed in the studio

  • Referral network connecting our community with your services

  • Opportunity to co-host events with Breathing Room Collective

  • Participation in open house events

Collective Member Studio Rental Rates

WEEKDAY RENTAL

  • Hourly: $45 / hour (regular rental rate $50 / hour)

  • Half-day (4 hours): $160 (regular rental rate $180 / 4 hours)

WEEKEND RENTAL

  • Hourly: $60 / Hour (regular rental rate $65 / hour)

  • Half-day (4 hours): $225 (regular rental rate $250 / 4 hours)

  • Full-Day (8 hours) $425 (regular rental rate $480 / 8 hours)

Secure the same hour(s)/day(s) each week in advance for 6 months for a 10% discount.

Secure the same hour(s)/day(s) each week in advance for 12 months for a 20% discount.
